Llewellyn Wyeth joins Ennismore as VP of Operations, Pacific
Llewellyn Wyeth joins Ennismore as Vice President of Operations, Pacific, with responsibility for hotel performance, guest experience and people development.

Llewellyn Wyeth has been appointed Vice President of Operations, Pacific, at Ennismore. Based in Melbourne, he reports to Sylvain Pasdeloup, the group’s Chief Operating Officer for Asia Pacific.
His responsibilities span hotel performance, guest experience and people development. He will work with general managers, owners and property leadership teams as Ennismore expands across Australia and the wider Pacific.
Llewellyn Wyeth brings operational and ownership experience
Wyeth previously led Accor’s South Australian portfolio as Area General Manager. His career includes regional management in Western Australia and sales leadership across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. He also co-founded Le Mas Barossa.
According to the appointment announcement, the move is the first of several planned Pacific leadership hires. Ennismore cites a pipeline of 30 hotels across Asia Pacific as the backdrop to that investment.
An expanding Australian operating base
The Australian portfolio illustrates the mix of hotel and food and beverage operations that regional leaders must support. At Hyde Perth, Ennismore has opened a 121-room hotel on Pier Street, combining accommodation with the Greek-inspired FARRA restaurant and a programme built around music and creative experiences. The property adapts a late-1960s building and draws on Western Australian produce in its dining offer.
Further ahead, The Hoxton Melbourne is planned for the Cremorne neighbourhood. Ennismore’s original signing announcement with Alfasi Group set out a 198-room hotel scheduled for 2027, within the Matchworks Precinct at 560 Church Street. The proposal includes dining venues, a gym and The Apartment event spaces. Its public areas are intended to serve local residents as well as overnight guests.
Those properties show why restaurant operations, local programming and hotel service sit closely together in the group’s model. For hospitality leaders, the operational task extends beyond rooms to the teams and venues that give each brand its identity.
Ennismore operates as an autonomous business following its 2021 joint venture with Accor, which holds a majority shareholding. Its lifestyle portfolio includes brands such as 25hours, Mondrian and The Hoxton, alongside a wider business spanning resorts and dining venues.
