Hilton brings LXR to India with 226-room The Den Bengaluru
Hilton has launched LXR Hotels & Resorts in India with The Den Bengaluru, the 226-room Whitefield hotel owned by Dan Hospitality India.

The Den Bengaluru has joined LXR Hotels & Resorts, marking the luxury collection’s debut in India and adding a new brand to Hilton’s presence in the city.
Hilton announced the launch on 13 October 2026. The 226-room property in Whitefield is owned by Dan Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd. and managed by Hilton.
The hotel already has an established history in Bengaluru. Dan Hotels records its original opening as 1 December 2017, positioning it around the area’s technology parks and business districts. Joining LXR gives that existing property a new place within Hilton’s luxury portfolio.

The launch includes two experience programmes. The Pause Program focuses on moments of rest during a stay, while Whitefield Unscripted introduces guests to the neighbourhood through activities including a heritage trail and a local farm visit.
The property also participates in Hilton Honors, connecting its independent hotel identity with the group’s loyalty platform.
Its current hotel website lists Layla, an Indian and Mediterranean dining venue, alongside all-day restaurant The Creek, social bar The Nest and The Deli. The hotel also offers a spa, fitness centre, private cinema and games room.
Another step in Hilton’s Bengaluru expansion
The LXR launch follows a separate development announcement earlier this month. On 6 October, Hilton signed Conrad Bengaluru Airport and Hilton Bengaluru Airport with Kalyani Group, with a combined 600 rooms and an expected opening in 2030.
Each airport property is planned to have 300 rooms. The complex is intended for KIADB Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park, approximately 20 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport. Hilton described Bengaluru as its largest Indian market by hotel count when announcing that agreement.
WINC Wire previously covered the two Bengaluru airport hotel signings. Together, the announcements show Hilton adding both a luxury collection presence in Whitefield and a longer-term development commitment around the airport.
For The Den, the immediate change is the LXR affiliation and its connection to Hilton’s wider distribution and loyalty network. The hotel retains a location and identity already closely associated with Whitefield’s business-travel market.
