Kerzner names Alexandre Pasdelou VP of food and beverage and culinary
The Dubai-based role spans dining strategy and performance across Kerzner’s four hospitality brands.

Alexandre Pasdelou takes global F&B role
Kerzner International has appointed Alexandre Pasdelou vice president of food and beverage and culinary, according to Hotelier Middle East. The outlet reported the appointment on 20 October 2026; it did not specify a separate start date.
A remit across four brands
Based in Dubai, Pasdelou will oversee dining strategy, growth and performance across One&Only, Atlantis, SIRO and Rare Finds. The report says he will collaborate with operations, development and brand teams on dining concepts, service and the group’s international culinary offer.
Kerzner’s dining portfolio
Kerzner describes itself as an independent developer and operator of luxury resorts and private homes. Its official company overview traces the business to 1993 and identifies the same four hospitality brands.
Dining is an established part of that offer. The group highlights restaurants recognised by Michelin and partnerships with celebrity chefs across its hotels and resorts. It presents those partnerships as part of the guest experience, alongside its wider focus on destinations, culture and wellness.
The operational significance
The remit connects restaurant development, service and commercial performance. Coordination between central specialists and property teams will be a practical issue to watch.
