Original Content: Submissions must be unique and not published elsewhere, including personal blogs or other platforms.
Engaging and Organised: Use subheadings, bullet points, and concise paragraphs to enhance readability.
Comprehensive in Length: Articles should exceed 1,000 words and offer valuable depth on the topic.
Non-Promotional: Keep content informative and unbiased. Avoid promotions or competitor links; cite credible sources.

Submission Guidelines

Initial Pitch Required: Please submit a short proposal or outline of your article idea for initial consideration before drafting the full piece.
Tone and Audience: Our readers span early-career HR professionals to senior executives. Content should be professional, insightful, and accessible in tone.
Use of Visuals: Where relevant, please include charts, infographics, or process diagrams. You may also request design support from our editorial team.
