Sunset Hospitality Group is preparing the next phase of its Singapore expansion, with four additions spanning private membership, dining and longevity services. Managing director for Singapore Tomas Stoila set out the plans in a portfolio update on 24 October.

In his announcement, Stoila said the group expected to introduce Madison House, HANU, ART di Daniele Sperindio and TLS Longevity over the next two to three months. He did not give an individual opening date for any of the four concepts.

The update centres on an existing hospitality platform anchored by METT Singapore in Fort Canning Park. It should not be read as the announcement of a new hotel opening or as confirmation that all the planned venues are already trading.

Four additions to the Singapore portfolio

  • Madison House: a private members’ club combining fitness, wellness, dining and social spaces. Its official website continues to identify the Singapore club as coming soon, with METT Singapore as its home.
  • HANU: a contemporary Korean dining concept. The restaurant’s official page describes a Korean grill, an omakase experience and a cocktail bar, while retaining an opening-soon notice.
  • ART di Daniele Sperindio: the chef’s fine-dining concept, which METT describes as a modern Italian restaurant. Its hotel page also lists it as coming soon.
  • TLS Longevity: an expansion of the wellness offer. The Longevity Suite’s Singapore website separately targets a late-2026 arrival for its full clinic and distinguishes that launch from its existing private-preview showroom at METT.

Sunset Hospitality Group builds around METT Singapore

The hotel’s official overview lists 84 rooms and suites and two pools within its heritage setting. Stoila identified L’Amo Bistrò del Mare and Canning Bar & Lounge as established dining destinations supporting the group’s Singapore offer.

He also highlighted SUSHISAMBA Singapore as an existing part of the wider portfolio. That venue is at Capital Tower, separate from the Fort Canning property, bringing Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian influences into the group’s dining mix.

The expansion therefore connects several business formats rather than adding accommodation alone. Hotel guests, restaurant customers and private members will engage with different parts of the offer, making the relationships between the venues central to the group’s plans.

A phased rollout, with some facilities already available

Current brand information shows why opening status needs to be assessed by facility. METT’s Madison House page already presents pools and a gym, alongside booking links for padel and fitness classes. It still marks the Members’ Lounge & Terrace and Wellness Sanctuary as coming soon.

Similarly, The Longevity Suite is offering private previews ahead of its full clinic opening. An existing showroom does not establish that the complete future programme is operational. The latest announcement sets out the next stage of development across these connected businesses.

Operational implications for hospitality teams

For operators and people teams, a rollout across dining, membership and specialist wellness services brings coordination questions beyond a conventional restaurant opening. Training, reservations, guest referrals and responsibility for service handovers need to reflect which facilities are available at each stage.

Stoila’s announcement does not specify recruitment numbers, investment values or a detailed opening sequence. Those remain unannounced. The immediate takeaway is a broader service mix for Sunset Hospitality Group in Singapore, with the timetable attributed to management rather than presented as a set of confirmed launch dates.
