Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International have announced a sweeping series of leadership appointments across four of their casino destinations, reflecting the organisations’ ongoing growth agenda and commitment to placing experienced gaming executives at the helm of key properties. The changes span two external hires and two internal transitions, with the moves announced simultaneously on 20 February 2026.
“These appointments reflect both the exceptional talent within our organisation and the calibre of new leaders we’re bringing to our team,” said Jim Allen, Chairman of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming. “Each individual brings exceptional gaming and hospitality experience that will benefit our guests, team members and the local communities we serve.”
Randy Morton – Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood
Industry veteran Randy Morton has been named President of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, Seminole Gaming’s flagship Guitar Hotel property in Hollywood, Florida. He will report to David Hoenemeyer, Chief Operating Officer of Seminole Gaming.
Morton is defined by his tenure of more than 12 years as President and Chief Operating Officer of Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, where he also served as Vice President of Hotel Operations. Subsequent roles included Co-CEO of Foley Entertainment Group and the Vegas Golden Knights, President of OVG Hotel and Casino Development – overseeing strategic planning for a high-profile Las Vegas luxury development – and most recently General Manager of Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, where he guided the final stages of a multimillion-dollar property renovation. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Monte Carlo Resort & Casino. Morton holds a degree in hospitality and hotel management from George Brown College in Toronto.
Travis Lunn – Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa
Also joining Seminole Gaming as an external hire and reporting to Hoenemeyer is Travis Lunn, appointed President of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa – the largest casino in Seminole Gaming’s Florida portfolio.
Lunn brings more than 25 years of gaming and hospitality leadership experience, built across a succession of major casino resort addresses at MGM Resorts International. Most recently, he served as President and COO for Mandalay Bay, The W, Luxor and Four Seasons on the Las Vegas Strip. Before that, he led Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City as President and COO, and prior to that oversaw the MGM Resorts Southeast Group – including Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi and Gold Strike Casino Resort in Tunica – where both properties achieved all-time high gaming revenues during his tenure. His earlier career included General Manager and Senior Vice President of Operations at MGM Grand Las Vegas, Vice President of Operations at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, and General Manager of Hotel Operations for The Venetian and The Palazzo. Lunn holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Bo Guidry – Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati
Hard Rock International has moved Bo Guidry from his role as President of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood to lead Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati as President, reporting to Jeff Hook, Chief Operating Officer of Hard Rock International.
Guidry spent seven years at the Hollywood property, where he played a pivotal role in opening the iconic Guitar Hotel and steering the introduction of sports betting, craps and roulette to the gaming floor – expansions that materially broadened the property’s commercial reach. Before joining the Seminole Hard Rock organisation, he built his career across the Caesars Entertainment network, spending a decade in leadership roles at Horseshoe Council Bluffs and Harrah’s Council Bluffs Hotel & Casino in Iowa, and holding key positions at Harrah’s Casino St. Louis.
Justin Wyborn – Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas
Completing the quartet of changes, Justin Wyborn has been appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of the forthcoming Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, currently under construction and slated to open in 2027. Wyborn will report to Joe Lupo, President of the property.
An internal appointment with more than 25 years of international hospitality experience, Wyborn joined Hard Rock International in 2013 and has held multiple leadership roles across its Florida properties. He served as Vice President of Food and Beverage and Retail at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, where he oversaw a US$1.5 billion expansion, and most recently as President of Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati. His background prior to Hard Rock includes Director of Fine Dining at The Star Entertainment Group in Sydney, where he contributed to a billion-dollar hotel and casino revamp, and management roles at Nobu Restaurants. He holds a degree in hospitality management from RMIT University in Melbourne.
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas is expected to be one of the brand’s most high-profile properties when it opens, promising to deliver luxury gaming, dining and entertainment experiences at the centre of the Las Vegas Strip. Wyborn’s appointment to a senior operational role well ahead of the 2027 launch gives the leadership team the runway needed to shape pre-opening strategy, build out the team and establish commercial partnerships before the property debuts.
Seminole Gaming manages six Florida casino enterprises for the Seminole Tribe of Florida, holding investment-grade ratings from S&P Global, Moody’s and Fitch. Hard Rock International operates more than 300 venues across nearly 80 countries.
