Loews Hotels & Co has appointed Kristie Goshow as Chief Commercial Officer, bringing more than two decades of hospitality and travel industry experience to the New York-headquartered company.
In her new role, Goshow will lead the company’s commercial strategy with oversight of sales, hotel marketing, revenue management, meetings and events, brand, communications, e-commerce and distribution, digital marketing, and the customer engagement centre. Her mandate centres on driving top-line revenue performance, strengthening customer relationships, increasing direct bookings and elevating brand awareness across Loews’ 27 properties.
“Goshow is a dynamic and highly respected commercial leader with a proven track record of driving growth through innovation, strategic thinking, and customer-centric leadership,” said Alex Tisch, President and Chief Executive Officer of Loews Hotels & Co. “Her depth of experience across sales, marketing, distribution, and revenue strategy, combined with her global perspective, makes her an exceptional addition to our executive team as we continue to build the future of Loews Hotels.”
A UK native, Goshow joins Loews from Peregrine Hospitality Group – formerly KSL Resorts – where she served as Chief Commercial Officer with responsibility for sales, revenue strategy and marketing. She departed that role in October 2025 following the company’s rebrand earlier in the year. Prior to Peregrine, Goshow held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Preferred Hotels & Resorts, now Preferred Travel Group, where she oversaw global marketing and loyalty initiatives for a portfolio of more than 700 hotels across 80 countries.
Her career spans senior leadership positions at Viceroy Hotel Group, where she served as Senior Vice President of Commercial for five years, as well as roles at Sabre, Le Méridien and Utell, part of Pegasus. Earlier in her career, Goshow worked in travel logistics with MSAS before transitioning to aviation with Virgin Atlantic as Area Sales Manager. She spent nine years in Dubai with Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, leading distribution, marketing and business innovation for the luxury brand, and during her time in the Middle East launched Table4Me, the UAE’s first table management and online reservations service for the food and beverage industry.
Goshow holds a Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism and Transport Management from London Metropolitan University. She has been widely recognised for her industry leadership, with accolades including Skift’s Women Shaping Travel’s Future (2024–25), the Amaze Insights Vision & Leadership Award (2024), Hotel Management’s Most Influential Women in Hospitality (2022), and the Top 25 Women Leading Travel & Hospitality (2022). She was also named by the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International as one of the top 25 extraordinary minds in hospitality sales, marketing and revenue optimisation in 2019.
Beyond her commercial roles, Goshow has contributed to the broader hospitality sector through service as a Trustee for the American Hotel & Lodging Association Foundation, a Board Director for the HSMAI Foundation & Americas Advisory Board, and a Board Member for Alliance Strategies.
“I’m thrilled to join a remarkably talented team, guided by a culture grounded in the very best of family values,” said Goshow. “The thoughtfully unscripted nature of the Loews approach to product and service creates fertile ground for fresh thinking, meaningful innovation, and a distinctive agility, one that allows the business to evolve seamlessly alongside changing consumer expectations.”
The appointment comes during a period of unprecedented growth for Loews Hotels & Co. The company opened three properties at Universal Orlando Resort in 2025 – Universal Stella Nova Resort in January, Universal Terra Luna Resort in March, and Universal Helios Grand Hotel in April – bringing its Orlando portfolio to 11 hotels with 11,000 guest rooms. The joint venture partnership between Loews and Universal Orlando now spans more than 25 years.
The 500-room Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Mediterranean-inspired retreat located within Celestial Park at Universal Epic Universe, represents the company’s first property with a dedicated guest entrance to a theme park. Loews Hotels & Co also opened the $550 million, 888-key Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center in 2024, featuring 250,000 square feet of meeting space.
Headquartered in New York City, Loews Hotels & Co is rooted in family heritage and encompasses branded independent Loews Hotels alongside a mix of partner-brand properties. The company’s portfolio features destinations across the United States, positioned in major city centres and resort locations from coast to coast.
