Minor Hotels launches Life Longevity wellness brand
Minor Hotels has launched Life Longevity, a wellness brand combining clinical science, complementary medicine and hospitality, starting with Layan Life in Phuket and Bangkok Life this autumn.

Minor Hotels has launched Life Longevity, a wellness brand that brings clinical science, complementary medicine and hospitality together under one roof, according to Hospitality Net. It links the group’s destinations, services and future developments into a single wellness ecosystem.
The brand builds on Layan Life by Anantara at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort in Thailand, which is already open. Minor Hotels plans to roll it out across three formats: resort, urban and residential.
How Life Longevity will work
Programmes begin with consultations, lifestyle assessments and diagnostics, and are then personalised around each guest. Layan Life offers signature journeys, drop-in treatments and Traditional Thai Medicine alongside clinical diagnostics, with a follow-up programme called Life After Layan.
The central idea is continuity. Diagnostics, consultations and lifestyle data follow guests from one location to another, so that care does not restart at each new stay.
- Resort: Layan Life by Anantara at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort, the flagship setting.
- Urban: Bangkok Life at The St. Regis Bangkok, a longevity and biohacking hub due to open this autumn, combining diagnostics, advanced therapies, medical aesthetics and personalised wellness programmes.
- Residential: homes designed around a longevity-led lifestyle, planned as a later format.
Circle of Life membership
An optional membership called Circle of Life launches with the brand. Members keep in touch with their care team between visits through regular expert check-ins and a personal digital record, with access across all Life Longevity locations worldwide.
Dillip Rajakarier, Group CEO of Minor International, said: “Our ambition isn’t simply to take part in wellness, but to help raise its standard.” He added: “What sets Life Longevity apart is continuity.”
Why the market case matters
Minor Hotels points to its Travel Trends Report 2026, which found that 44% of travellers plan to bring more wellness into their trips. Among travellers already committed to wellness practices, that rises to 73%.
Trade title Karryon described the launch as an ecosystem announcement rather than a packaged product, and said the membership model points to where repeat, high-value wellness bookings are heading.
Wellness has been a growing thread in the group’s portfolio. WINC Wire has recently covered the Anantara Grand Tour of Europe, Minor Reserve Collection arriving at Dukes London and the Avani+ Hanoi signing.
Minor Hotels says additional urban, resort and residential locations are in development in leading resort destinations and major gateway cities beyond Thailand. Sites and opening dates for those have not been announced.
