Global employee recognition and wellness platform Vantage Circle has announced the appointment of Sunita Rebecca Cherian to its Advisory Board. This strategic move adds deep governance and cultural expertise to the leadership team as the company expands its global footprint in the HR technology sector.
Cherian brings three decades of experience from Wipro Limited, where she most recently served as Chief Culture Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Her tenure at the technology giant involved leadership roles spanning sales, human capital strategy, workforce transformation and organisational design. She was instrumental in shaping Wipro’s inclusion framework and sustainability initiatives over the last decade.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Cherian is a prominent figure in the broader HR ecosystem. She has chaired the NASSCOM National Diversity & Inclusion Council and served on the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council. Her governance experience includes board positions at the Bangalore International Centre and the World 50 I&D Impact community.
Vantage Circle currently serves over 3.2 million users across 700 clients, including major enterprises such as Infosys, Wells Fargo and Tata Communications. The platform focuses on using behavioural science to align employee recognition with organisational values. The company has recently emphasised scaling its solutions to meet the complex needs of modern, hybrid workplaces.
