The Knox Dallas hotel has opened reservations for stays from 29 January 2027, with Auberge Collection announcing starting room rates of US$1,000.

The 15 October announcement confirms 140 rooms and suites alongside 48 private residences. The hotel forms part of a mixed-use development involving BDT & MSD Partners, Trammell Crow Company, the Owners of Highland Park Village and The Retail Connection.

The Knox Dallas hotel targets several types of stay

The accommodation offer extends from conventional guestrooms to larger suites and apartments. According to the hotel’s suite information, The Manse includes dedicated fitness, wellness and entertainment rooms, a furnished terrace, a bar and a dining table seating ten.

The Promenade Suite has a terrace designed for entertaining, a kitchen with bar seating and a six-seat dining table. Both feature interiors by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio.

The apartment collection includes Hester House, Abbott House and Hyland House. Two- and three-bedroom layouts, kitchens, living spaces and private terraces give Auberge a product for guests seeking a longer stay or space to host others.

Dining and wellbeing support the urban offer

The property’s published hotel information places it beside the Katy Trail and close to Highland Park. The surrounding Knox Street neighbourhood brings restaurants, boutiques and entertainment into the guest proposition.

Plans include European-inspired dining, an Americana-focused restaurant offer, a cocktail lounge, a pool garden and a Wellbeing by Auberge facility. These spaces widen the hotel’s potential audience beyond overnight guests, with dining and social visits forming part of the proposed daily activity.

The variety of accommodation and public spaces gives the opening a clear operational dimension: the team will be serving short visits, residential-style stays and local customers within one property. Reservations mark the start of that commercial preparation; the hotel itself is scheduled to welcome guests next year.
