Everhome Suites Denver Airport marks Choice’s 600th extended-stay hotel
Choice Hotels has reached 600 extended-stay hotels with its Denver Airport opening, as the company continues investing in its four-brand portfolio.

Everhome Suites Denver Airport has become Choice Hotels International’s 600th extended-stay property, marking a new scale milestone for the group’s four-brand portfolio. Choice announced the opening from North Bethesda, Maryland, on 5 October 2026.
The company says its extended-stay business has recorded 12 consecutive quarters of double-digit room growth. It reported 13 per cent net room growth year on year in the second quarter of 2026 and nearly 30,000 rooms in development.
Inside Everhome Suites Denver Airport
The hotel is located at 4718 North Rifle Way, less than ten miles from Denver International Airport. Its accommodation is designed for longer visits, combining studio and one-bedroom suites with full kitchens and adaptable living areas.
The property’s facilities include a guest laundry, a grab-and-go market, outdoor grills, a fire-pit area and patio seating. Complimentary Wi-Fi supports guests working during their stay, while the apartment-style layout allows them to cook and maintain their own routines.
The hotel’s official listing also places it within reach of Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge and Green Valley Ranch Golf Club. Some facilities and services carry additional charges, including laundry and pet stays.
What the owner said
Rimrock Companies owns the Denver property. Chief executive Micah Linton said Everhome complements the company’s WoodSpring Suites holdings, and identified Denver as its second Everhome opening, with further hotels in its pipeline.
Choice’s extended-stay portfolio comprises Everhome Suites, MainStay Suites, Suburban Studios and WoodSpring Suites. The company presents the brands as different options for owners pursuing distinct development strategies.
Investment in the Everhome model
The opening follows Choice’s February introduction of a revised Everhome prototype. Developed with input from operators, developers, architects, contractors and suppliers, that design was intended to address construction costs and operational efficiency while retaining the brand’s residential-style accommodation.
Choice said the revised prototype would reduce average development costs per room by approximately 13 per cent compared with its previous design. It also increased planned capacity to around 120 suites and incorporated layouts intended to support simpler operations.
Those figures relate to the prototype programme. The October Denver announcement does not identify the hotel as a project using that revised design, so the projected savings should not be treated as the property’s actual development outcome.
A portfolio milestone
For Choice, the Denver opening adds an operating hotel to a segment where it continues to expand. The development pipeline indicates the potential for further growth, although rooms in planning cannot be counted as completed accommodation.
