Job Description

This is a remote Talent Acquisition and Human Resources role focused on recruiting technical talent and supporting employees and managers across the organization. You will work closely with leadership and play a key role in building strong, scalable people practices while supporting ongoing hiring for engineering roles.

This position is well-suited for someone who is comfortable operating with autonomy, managing competing priorities, and working directly with both candidates and employees.

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

  • Actively source and recruit engineering professionals (Electrical, Mechanical, Data Center, and related disciplines) through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and candidate communication
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess technical background and role fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Improve recruiting processes, outreach strategies, and candidate experience
  • Provide regular hiring updates and insights to leadership

Human Resources & People Operations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR questions and general people-related matters
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with employee relations issues, documentation, and performance support
  • Help maintain and update company policies, handbook, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate benefits-related questions and direct employees to appropriate resources
  • Support managers with guidance on people issues and best practices
  • Ensure consistency in HR practices across teams and locations
  • Escalate legal or complex HR matters to external advisors when appropriate

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a combined recruiting and HR or people operations role
  • Experience recruiting technical or engineering professionals
  • Comfortable with hands-on sourcing (not limited to posting jobs)
  • Experience working in consulting, engineering, or technical environments preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and judgment
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Comfortable working with teams across multiple locations
