Job Description
Reporting to the France Human Resources Director and as part of the Payroll and Personnel Administration (ADP) team consisting of two people, your main role will be to manage the entire semi-outsourced payroll process and handle personnel administration for the assigned scope (approximately 300 employees).
This versatile role will allow you to combine precision, close collaboration with teams, and skill development within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll
Using the TeamsRH payroll software (Cegedim) and the Workday HRIS, you will carry out all tasks related to the payroll process in compliance with the payroll calendar, including:
- Preparing and transmitting variable payroll elements to the external service provider
- Monitoring employee onboarding and departures
- Managing advance payment requests and wage garnishments
- Verifying payslips prepared by the external payroll provider
- Tracking absence events in the Workday HRIS (e.g., paid leave, sick leave, etc.)
- Checking interfaces between Workday and TeamsRH
- Reviewing social security contributions (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
- Managing and monitoring insurance and benefits files
- Handling employee requests related to Payroll and Personnel Administration
- Contributing to social reporting (e.g., payroll mass, headcount, BDESE, etc.)
Personnel Administration
- Updating individual administrative employee files in shared folders (digitization and archiving of personnel records)
- Verifying personal and contractual data in the Workday HRIS and TeamsRH payroll tool
- Managing employee registrations and deregistrations with external organizations (health insurance, benefits providers, etc.)
Qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree (Bac +2/3) in payroll or accounting
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Payroll Management and Personnel Administration
Required Skills and Experience
- Ideally familiar with TeamsRH (Cegedim) payroll software and Workday HRIS
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and related legislation
- Basic understanding of Social Security law, labor law, and accounting
- Comfortable with office tools, particularly Word and Excel (pivot tables)
- Highly organized, structured, precise, and methodical
- Strong analytical and summarization skills with an affinity for numerical data
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities
- English proficiency sufficient for written communication with various stakeholders
