Our locations

Danone has 13 factories spread across France, each specializing in products with high added value for our consumers. We want to build a pool of senior HR managers for the following sites :

  • Steenvoorde (North) : specialized and infant nutrition.
  • Ferrières-en-Bray (Seine-Maritime) : Skyr, white cheeses and stirred yogurts.
  • Saint-Just-Chaleyssin (Isère) : Creams, desserts and stirred yogurts (Danette).
  • Brive-la-Gaillarde (Corrèze) : infant nutrition (Blédina).
  • Evian-les-Bains (Haute-Savoie) : Evian natural mineral water.
  • Volvic (Puy-de-Dôme) : Volvic natural mineral water.

These sites are at the heart of our industrial strategy and our commitment to quality, safety and reducing our environmental impact.

As Senior Factory Human Resources Manager, you will be a key player in the site Management Committee and guarantor of the local HR strategy.

Your main missions may include:

  • Manage the site’s HR strategy in connection with business and industrial issues.
  • Member of the Management Committee to co-construct the plant’s strategic plans.
  • Support managers in their role as “1st HR” and “manager-coach”.
  • Lead social dialogue and relations with staff representatives.
  • Deploy organizational and technological transformation projects.
  • Manage the local HR team.
  • Manage skills management and training to support employability.
  • Guarantee health, safety and quality of life at work.

About you

The criteria below remain indicative. An application that presents a different combination of experiences and skills could also be considered.

  • Holder of a bac+5 in Human Resources, you have between 8 and 15 years of experience in a position in this sector (depending on the size of the site)
  • You have proven experience in general HR in an industrial environment with strong exposure to social relations and change management.
  • You benefit from good communication skills and know how to support employees with kindness.
  • You have a real team spirit and managing stakeholders holds no secrets for you.
