Responsibilities:

  • Take care of all internal recruitments with defined TAT and budget
  • Issuing letter like Appointment Letter, Warning Letter, offer letter, etc.
  • Preparation of JD of new positions.
  • Job posting on various job portals.
  • Scheduling job interviews & assisting in interview process.
  • Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
  • Preparing new employee files.
  • Maintaining and updating current HR policies and database
  • Take care of monthly attendance and Payroll
  • Updating employee database
  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected & maintained.
  • Monthly Payroll preparation
  • Responsible to drive PMS in the organization
  • Completing exit formalities and doing full and final settlement
  • Supervise the house keeping staff
  • Ensure all fire fighting related to admin department addressed on time

Requisite Skills:

  • Must have knowledge of PMS, Payroll processing
  • Should have handled HR operations of 50 to 100 employees
  • Should have knowledge experience in policies formation and implementation
  • Must be aware of Statutory compliances
  • Should have excellent communication
  • Should be good in MS office application (Word, Excel, Power Point)
