About the Company A leading real estate developer in Dubai, known for delivering innovative residential and commercial projects across the UAE. With a growing portfolio and a strong commitment to excellence, the company is looking for a dynamic HR Director to lead its human resources strategy and ensure alignment with business growth. Role Overview The HR Director will oversee all aspects of the company’s people strategy — from talent acquisition and retention to performance management, culture development, and HR operations. The role is critical in shaping a high-performance culture that supports business expansion and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and growth objectives.
  • Act as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee engagement.

Talent Management

  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding for all business units, ensuring top-tier talent acquisition.
  • Implement robust performance management and succession planning frameworks.
  • Partner with department heads to identify leadership development and training needs.

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values.
  • Memployee engagement programs, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Policy & Compliance

  • Oversee HR policies, procedures, and systems ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.
  • Partner with PRO and legal departments to ensure smooth visa and employee documentation processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 10–15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the real estate or construction sector in the UAE.
  • Deep understanding of UAE labour laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.
  • Proven experience in building HR structures and scaling organizations.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
