Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Self-responsible management and implementation of operational recruiting processes, including job postings, applicant management, interviews and active sourcing for professionals
  • Coordination and management of external service providers
  • Organization and support of the onboarding of new employees

People Development

  • Organization and tracking of employee interviews
  • Development and organization of workshops / coaching
  • Support with surveys & evaluations

HR Operations & Administration

  • Taking on administrative HR tasks such as preparatory payroll, contract management and master data maintenance
  • Contact person for employees in operational personnel matters

Employer Branding & University Marketing

  • Implementation of measures to strengthen the employer brand
  • Planning and implementation of university marketing activities

In the future, further content and strategic HR topics will also be taken over.

Your profile

  • Completed studies or training in human resource management, business administration, business psychology or comparable
  • In-depth experience in recruiting and HR operations, ideally in a dynamic environment
  • Very good knowledge in the application of MS Office and ideally experience with HR software (e.g. Personio) or applicant management systems (e.g. join)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills as well as a structured and independent working method
  • Safe handling of sensitive HR data and a high service orientation
  • Enthusiasm for HR topics, especially employer branding and university marketing
  • Desire for a dynamic growth environment
