This fixed-term role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within People and Talent Acquisition Team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving high-impact recruitment initiatives aligned with evolving workforce needs. You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring both hiring managers and candidates experience a seamless and positive journey from start to finish.

Success in this role depends on your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, solve problems systematically, and think analytically. Your expertise in recruitment best practices will enable you to deliver a consistent, high-quality talent acquisition service that supports workforce needs.

What we are looking for: 

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a corporate or government environment, with a strong understanding of contemporary recruitment practices.
  • Proven experience coaching leaders on best-practice recruitment strategies, enabling them to make informed, effective hiring decisions
  • Sound knowledge of relevant policies and legislation, with the ability to interpret and provide clear, practical advice to hiring managers on a wide range of recruitment matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to recruitment reporting and analytics to inform effective hiring decisions.
  • Hands-on experience providing end to end recruitment utilising applicant tracking systems such as Springboard (or similar), with confidence to deliver a smooth and efficient process
