As an associate and trainee, you\u2019ll build upon the skills you developed in school by participating in real-world assignments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the Journey<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Voyage is an elite, award-winning program that provides a combination of hands-on, discipline-specific training and a leadership-focused curriculum. Voyage is an <strong>18-month full-time program<\/strong>.
