{"id":8920,"date":"2025-11-09T14:19:39","date_gmt":"2025-11-09T14:19:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wincwire.com\/jobs\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=8920"},"modified":"2026-06-24T13:19:25","modified_gmt":"2026-06-24T13:19:25","slug":"hr-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/wincwire.com\/jobs\/job\/hr-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"HR Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support the Head of Reward with data analysis, benchmarking, and insights to ensure Aramark&#8217;s reward structures are competitive and aligned with business objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct job evaluations and support job grading processes, ensuring transparency and equity across roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administering employee benefit programs, including health insurance, Pension schemes and Life assurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing Benefit in Kind on the Company car fleet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage administration of a portfolio of DC pension schemes, ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the roll out of pension auto enrolment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support and guidance to the internal stakeholders on Reward best practice, guidelines, policies and procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compile and analyse compliance processes and reporting, e.g., Gender Pay Gap, Remco admin prep<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders and external vendors on administration, reporting, and analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive Reward projects and participate in wider HR initiatives as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Person<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business, Human Resources, Data or a related area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DC pension administration experience in a brokerage, consultancy, or financial services firm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly competent in reward practices &#8211; specifically job architecture, pay range design, benchmarking, salary and bonus scheme administration etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional analytical skills and super-user of excel as well as HR Technology &#8211;
