This role is crucial for handling a variety of employee relations issues and influencing senior stakeholders through effective ER data and reporting. The successful candidate will be a key player in supporting our transformational growth and positioning the company as an employer of choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Day-to-Day of the Role:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Case Management:<\/strong>\u00a0Handle complex ER cases including grievances, disciplinaries, performance issues, and sickness absence.
