You will work closely with leadership and play a key role in building strong, scalable people practices while supporting ongoing hiring for engineering roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This position is well-suited for someone who is comfortable operating with autonomy, managing competing priorities, and working directly with both candidates and employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Talent Acquisition &amp; Recruiting<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Actively source and recruit engineering professionals (Electrical, Mechanical, Data Center, and related disciplines) through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and direct outreach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and candidate communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess technical background and role fit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and hiring priorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing and future hiring needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve recruiting processes, outreach strategies, and candidate experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide regular hiring updates and insights to leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Human Resources &amp;
