{"id":8891,"date":"2025-11-05T18:29:12","date_gmt":"2025-11-05T18:29:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wincwire.com\/jobs\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=8891"},"modified":"2026-06-24T13:21:46","modified_gmt":"2026-06-24T13:21:46","slug":"whs-manager","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/wincwire.com\/jobs\/job\/whs-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"WHS Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As the WHS subject matter expert, you will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead and continuously improve WHS &amp; Injury Management frameworks aligned to legislation and industry best practice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive a proactive safety culture focused on prevention, education and accountability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage injury management and return-to-work programs in collaboration with insurers and medical providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and deliver WHS audits and support regulatory compliance activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide high-quality WHS reporting and insights to senior leaders and the Board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead, mentor and develop a team of WHS Officers nationally<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, regulators and industry bodies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About you<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019re a confident WHS leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to influence at all levels.
