In addition, you will be responsible for contributing towards effective talent development across business units and ensure that the learning strategy is operationalized across allocated business units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibility Areas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Effectively manage the operational training function in line with approved partner agreement, including client engagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide effective and accurate MI and reporting on the operational training function.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client relations are established and maintained through engagement and demonstrating value during quarterly business reviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership of trainers and training leads, including performance management, coaching and development of the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish talent development best practices and manage the implementation of best practices across allocated business units.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Undergraduate degree in a field of management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualification in OD ETDP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in an L&amp;D Manager role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer literacy (MS Office) at an intermediate to advanced level &#8211; particularly MS Excel and MS Word<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in L&amp;D, HR and\/or consulting in the BPO sector would be beneficial<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training, coaching and \/ or mentoring experience would be beneficial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This role is based in Claremont with rotational shift 24\/7, Monday to Sunday.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":25,"featured_media":8848,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","job_listing_type":[194],"job_listing_category":[189],"job_listing_location":[172],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-8883","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job_listing_type-permanent","job_listing_category-learning-and-development","job_listing_location-cape-town"],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO 5.0.1.1 - aioseo.com -->\n\t<meta name=\"description\" content=\"The purpose of the role is to manage and govern the operational training function for allocated business units.
