The Senior Manager will lead the digital transformation efforts for the People &amp; Culture Global Services organization. Drive the adoption and implementation of artificial intelligence, automation, integration, and technology innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You&#8217;ll report to the Director of Human Capital Services (People &amp; Culture).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>During a Typical Day, You\u2019ll<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaborate with citizen developers to solve People &amp; Culture-related problems using robotic process automation (RPA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect and analyze ideas and manage the execution of RPA projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage resources tasks by maintaining existing RPA by auditing, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met, and escalating issues to the IT organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and implement improvements to existing RPA processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to gain trust and drive collaboration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage and motivate the team to achieve goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Influence and manage both direct reports and cross-functional team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of digital transformation initiatives that align with the organization&#8217;s overall business goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive continuous improvement and modernization of People &amp;
