Area Managers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recruitment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Induction &amp; onboarding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement impact evaluation system and follow-up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HR Administrative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support payroll<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internal Communication \/ Handling feedback<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive performance management process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sage 300 \/\u00a0SAP \/ ERS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address IR matters, disciplinary &amp; grievance matters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation \/\u00a0Plan &amp; facilitate policies awareness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate overview training on relevant \/ applicable legislation \/\u00a0Code of Conduct &amp; business ethics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct Employee Engagement Survey, communication of results and action planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate investigations and the resolution of employee complaints within required time frames to minimize risks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ad hoc HR metric reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support talent management, succession and associated interventions with management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assists with the execution of restructuring plans and HR related projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the implementation of local human resources programs in support of business needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Desired Experience &amp; Qualification<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Education<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree in Human Resources or equivalent +\u00a0Professional registration: SABPP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5+ HR Generalist experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own Car \/ Drivers License&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear criminal record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Living in and around Durban Outer West or prepare to relocate at own cost<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and&nbsp;to come for final management interview at own cost&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key competencies and skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills &amp;
