The HR Operations professional is responsible for managing day-to-day HR administrative processes, ensuring smooth execution of HR policies, compliance with labor laws, accurate employee records, and efficient HR service delivery across the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

HR Operations<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files accurately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Payroll & Benefits<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, leave, and statutory deductions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Administer employee benefits, insurance, reimbursements, and claims.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Compliance & Statutory<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, PT, labor filings).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Coordinate audits and inspections related to HR and compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Maintain statutory registers and records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Policy Implementation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Ensure consistent application of company policies across departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Support disciplinary actions and documentation when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          HR Reporting & Analytics<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Prepare HR reports related to headcount, attrition, attendance, and compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Analyze HR data to support management decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Process Improvement<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Support HR audits and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Skills & Competencies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Attention to detail and confidentiality handling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                • Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • 2\u20137 years of experience in HR operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  Preferred Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  • Experience in managing HR operations in a mid-to-large organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Exposure to audits, compliance, and HR process automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
