Onboarding:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Employee Relations:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related queries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate communication between employees and management, fostering a positive work culture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends for actionable insights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Performance Management:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development and performance issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>HR Compliance &amp; Administration:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate payments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>HR Policies &amp;
