Role Purpose and Description<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Senior HRBP will provide strategic and operational HR support to over 250 employees across multiple UK offices. This role partners with business leaders to drive people strategies, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure alignment with organisational goals, contributing directly to organisational performance and employee engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Senior HRBP will be a subject matter expert in business partnering, with a focus on building strong relationships, enabling workforce effectiveness, and delivering tactical outcomes with strategic thinking. This role is instrumental in executing high-impact people initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Senior HRBP operates with autonomy\u2014navigating ambiguity, solving moderately complex challenges, and influencing outcomes across teams and regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

HR Partnering<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Act as a strategic partner to UK business leaders, shaping people plans aligned with organisational goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coach and influence managers on leadership, performance, engagement, and capability development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Partner with global HR colleagues to localise and implement people initiatives in the UK.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Employee Relations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Lead complex ER cases with fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Provide proactive guidance to managers on employee relations, absence management, and wellbeing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and advise on policy and practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Compensation, Benefits & Reward<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Deliver annual reward processes (salary reviews, bonus cycles) with global Reward teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Advise managers and employees on reward frameworks, benefits, and recognition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Monitor reward competitiveness through benchmarking and insights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Performance & Development<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        • Embed performance management processes across the organisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Support succession planning and capability-building in partnership with Talent & OD teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Promote learning opportunities and coach managers on team development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Workforce Planning & Change<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Partner with leaders on organisational design, restructures, and transformation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Provide HR support during change initiatives, ensuring engagement and risk mitigation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Align workforce planning with business goals and global models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Data & Insights<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • Produce and interpret HR dashboards to identify trends in attrition, engagement, and performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Use insights to influence leadership discussions and shape HR actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Partner with Finance and Operations for accurate workforce planning data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Support organisational changes, restructuring, and DEI initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Skills, Knowledge and Expertise<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              Essential<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              • Comprehensive HR generalist expertise across the full HR lifecycle<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and practical application<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders across multiple geographies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Strong analytical skills and ability to present data-driven insights<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change and transformation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • High cultural awareness and ability to operate within a global, matrixed organisation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Understanding of ISO27001 People Controls and ability to embed compliance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Desirable<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                • International HR experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Familiarity with HRIS platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Knowledge of succession planning frameworks and workforce planning strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Understanding of reward structures and benefits administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
