You’ll be joining our HR Department within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

Your future, your role

As a People Pay Manager, you’ll be:

  • A key leader within our People Services function, responsible for overseeing both the Payroll and Clinician (self-employed) Pay teams
  • Ensuring Payroll and clinician pay processes are accurate, timely, and compliant
  • Having strong collaboration across People Services, Finance, and HR.

We are looking for :

  • An experienced payroll manager (CIPP qualified or equivalent).
  • A candidate with strong pensions expertise and experience overseeing pension administration.
  • The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure and able to provide senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
  • Has led multi-team payroll operations covering both employed and self-employed populations (desirable)
